Solvent Recycler

A solvent recycler utilizes distillation to separate a process solvent from its contaminant for reuse. The process consists of heating the mixture until the solvent reaches its vaporization point. Once the solvent vaporizes, it enters a condenser unit where it is cooled back into liquid form leaving the contaminant behind. The volume of usable solvent from the mixture will normally approach 99.9% and reach purity levels equal to virgin product.
NexGen Enviro Systems, Inc. is a provider of waste solvent recycling systems to industry. With 12 models ranging in size from 2.6 gallon to 211 gallon, NexGen specializes in the solvent recovery needs of small to high volume waste generators by providing versatile solvent distillation units. Having options such as automatic load of the dirty solvent, and residue discharge, as well as vacuum assist, NexGen’s solvent recycling units are easily integrated into most production lines.
NexGen also helps you determine your unique needs in terms of solvent recycling. Installation of our solvent recyclers is only part of the process. We know that your organization’s usage of solvents and other chemicals is unique from that employed by other companies. Using solvent recovery equipment suited for a high volume operation when you are a low-volume producer does not make much sense. We can help you determine which solvent recyclers you will need to not only help you meet your waste management requirements, but we can also help you do this in a cost effective manner. Our solvent recyclers typically have less than a one year payback.
