Solvent Distillation Process
Solvent distillation is a way to separate clean solvent from a contaminant. High volume waste solvent producers have typically been at the mercy of waste hauling companies or dependant on small capacity solvent distillation equipment to solve their high cost disposal problems. Now with the ECO400 Solvent Distillation Unit from NexGen Enviro Systems, companies can recover in excess of 500 gallons of waste per day with a minimum impact on existing staff. The ECO models represent the latest advancement in solvent recovery.
The Solvent Still by NexGen
This unique solvent still can be built into an existing process system, automatically drawing the waste product for recovery and returning it into the operational flow with no human intervention. The unit is controlled by an 8 bit microprocessor which not only monitors the loading, distilling, and unloading of the waste, but informs the user of maintenance functions. Designed to the rigid industrial specifications of all Resolv-r 2 models, the ECO400 Solvent Distillation Unit will provide years of flawless, repair free solvent reclaiming operation. In most cases, customers have found that the investment in solvent distillation will have less than a 1 year payback.
The Solvent Distillation Unit
