The AutoWash Pneumatic Parts Washers are available in several useful sizes to meet the needs of most systems. Made entirely of 304 Stainless Steel. Equipped with a double diaphragm pump for solvent circulation. Safety micro switch installed on cover stops process automatically if unit is opened. Cleaning solvent is stored in tank below unit to prevent evaporation. Tank can be pneumatically emptied. Options include a Venturi exhauster, a solvent fed brush for manual cleaning, an automatic cycle control system for wash/pause/exhaust, and a separate rinse system for final cleaning.

The EasyWash glove box parts washer is constructed of stainless steel for long life and ease of cleaning. The clear tempered glass cover offers the user unrestricted viewing of the cleaning operation. The pneumatic pump is operated by a foot peddle for complete and convenient control. The optional second foot peddle feature eliminates any free vapor in the booth by initiating an internal Venturi function which completely exhausts the washing booth of any free vapor.
