The 90DIGIT 24 gallon model is designed for the medium volume user. Available features like auto load pump and waste unload valve provide semi- automatic operation. Either normal location or Class 1 Division 1 Group D explosion proof electronics compliment the digital control panel. Heavy duty construction is provided to meet the needs of virtually any industrial environment.

The DIGIT models are available in either 37 or 53 gallon capacities. These sturdy units represent the bridge between the medium volume user and the large scale needs of a high volume operation. The Digit models offer more automation with auto load and level control systems. Electronics are either Class 1 Division 1 Group D explosion proof or normal location and include a digital controller. A manually operated discharge of the waste product is available as an option for multiple runs.

The ECO Continuous Models are designed utilizing the standard ECO processors with advanced automation. Their purpose is to offer organizations inline solvent recovery with total automation. These units are meant to plug into existing industrial operations accepting waste via piping directly to holding tanks and continually feeding clean product back to the process system. NexGen offers the highest quality distiller bags available on the market. Most common sizes are held in stock for immediate delivery. For high volumes NexGen will entertain custom sizes..contact us for a quotation. The standard bags are available in extruded Nylon with a single seam on the bottom. High temperature bags are available for special projects in Teflon. Prices are commensurately higher for Teflon, however, they also provide a larger range of chemical resistance if the increased cost is not an issue.
